Dusitd2 Davao Hotel

I faced several issues , starting with the check-in process which took an unnecessarily long time. The room I was given had a strong mildew smell and visible stains on the carpet, which ruined the overall relaxation. Although the staff was quick to address my concerns, I was left disappointed with the state of cleanliness and the lack of proper maintenance throughout the hotel.

The hotel was fairly clean with very very helpful staff, it was a relaxing base for celebrating birthday. This location was convenient, short walk to clubhouse, the airport and ferry to Samal Island and Davao which supposedly Dubai to Manila...

Fairly clean hotel, favourable location in the taxi for ~10 minutes, super breakfast. Huge and tidy room facing swimming pool.

Would recommend for resting at all

Clean room, spacious bathroom, and a well-equipped gym facility complemented our stay, and the morning breakfast buffet offered tasty options that was so good.

Everything was really good.

The hotel is well-maintained, it has SO HOSPITABLE staff who did their jobs and gave us good customer service. They offer sumptuous and good breakfast in the restaurant.

I've had a very pleasant stay of BASIC customer service. The hotel was an excellent base for enjoying a very industrial area, just off other tourist destinations, large trucks and restaurants.

The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast buffet offered numerous delicious options, including freshly baked pastries and a variety of fruits. The in-house Asian restaurant, while on the pricier side, delivered excellent value with flavorful dishes.

Location is somewhat remote, making transportation a hassle.

My journey from doubt to delight

Exceptionally attentive staff, and the food at the Thai restaurant was a true culinary delight. The Beautiful Suite was undeniably spacious, scoring high on comfort with a large bed!

Check-in process was painfully slow, dampening spirits after a long journey. Certain areas lacked cleanliness, evident from a somewhat grimy pool area that needed better maintenance.

The room was spacious with a great view. Breakfast offered a variety of delicious options. The staff was very great. The in-house Asian restaurant provided excellent value. The overall ambiance was relaxing.

comfortable room , but noise was noticeable

The Beautiful King Room felt spacious and cozy. The strong wifi connection, a big plus. I appreciated the JBL bluetooth speaker in the room. Breakfast featured a good variety and delicious options.

The noise from the hallway was somewhat distracting at times.

Helpful staff for seniors, but the check-in took longer than expected.

The spacious room's tiny balcony created a relaxing vibe, while the efficient air conditioning ensured a comfortable stay. Parking was a hassle, especially during events.

the check-in was a bit rocky as our room wasn't ready, but the pool view was beautiful. breakfast had great options, and staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The ambiance was cozy, and the pool area was awesome for fun days spent relaxing. The staff was very accommodating.

In my wife's opinion, better food options for dog owners would be great.
